We're a preferred provider for these health funds
We are preferred providers for Bupa, MBP (Medibank), CBHS, HCF, RTH (RT Health), TUH, NM Health (Nurses & Midwives Health), and Westfund. Your rebate depends on your fund and level of cover. Coverage for check-ups and cleans depends on your health fund and level of cover. DVA card holders are accepted.

We accept Cash and EFTPOS. Payment is due at the time of treatment unless other arrangements have been made with our team.

Free dental care for eligible children (CDBS)
Acclaim Dental bulk bills the Child Dental Benefits Schedule. Eligible children aged 0 to 17 receive up to $1,158 over two calendar years (cap effective from 1 January 2026) for check-ups, X-rays, cleans, fissure sealants, fillings, root canals and extractions, with no out-of-pocket cost for covered treatment.

Written estimates, every time
Before any treatment beyond your examination, you'll receive a written treatment plan with item numbers and costs. Use it to check your rebate with your health fund. There are no surprises on the day.
Emergency appointments
You'll be told the cost of an emergency examination when you book. Any further treatment is quoted before it's done. See emergency dentist.

What does 'preferred provider' actually mean?
The practice has an agreement with the health fund. Your exact rebate depends on your fund and level of cover.
I'm with a fund that isn't on the list. Can I still claim?
If your health fund isn't listed, please contact our reception team to discuss your options.
How do I know what my gap will be?
Ask reception for the item numbers for your planned treatment and check with your fund.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept Cash and EFTPOS, as well as Denticare, Fund My Dental and ZIP Pay. Ask our team if you have any questions.
Do you accept the Queensland Government dental voucher?
No. We don't accept dental vouchers at Acclaim Dental. Eligible children can be bulk billed under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS), and Denticare, Fund My Dental and ZIP Pay are available payment options.
Can DVA card holders be treated?
Yes. DVA card holders are accepted at Acclaim Dental. If you have any questions, please call reception.
